Shipping policy

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

The time needed to prepare orders varies. Pre-made products or in-stock items take between 1-3 business days to get out the door.

Custom orders take more time to process, 3-5 business days AFTER PRODUCTION TIME IS COMPLETE.

Weekends and holidays are excluded.

What is “production time”?

Production time is only a factor for custom orders, because we actually have to make your piece before we can ship it to you. This will vary from person to person, depending on pattern, colour, design, finish, etc. A general rule of thumb is to expect production to take at least 7 days.

When we confirm a custom order with you, we will provide you an estimate for your pieces production time.

We only ship products to locations within Canada.

Am I responsible for customs fees and import taxes?

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to the items you buy. Hampshire Hill Crafts does not cover these fees.
